Requirements and Qualifications:
In this exciting position, you will optimize efforts in safety, quality, and productivity using engineering principles and analytical techniques to advance continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and products. You will also design quality standards, leading the implementation of control programs and determining corrective/preventative actions for all departments (CNC, Fabrication and Assembly).
QUALIFICATIONS …
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
Self-directed, results driven team player with the ability to work well with different
departments.
Knowledgeable PC user with Minitab experience.
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus.
Familiar with quality engineering/manufacturing tools and terms.
Metallurgical background a plus.
People oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
